Feb 12 (Reuters) – The largest U.S. drugstore operator
Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc has made a takeover
approach to drug distributor AmerisourceBergen Corp, the
Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, outlining a deal that
would accelerate healthcare sector consolidation.
