CARACAS, Nov 10 (Reuters) – Venezuelan debt prices surged on
Friday as efforts by President Nicolas Maduro’s government to
keep current on its obligations fueled optimism ahead of a
Caracas meeting aimed at starting to restructure the country’s
$60 billion in bonds.
