CARACAS, Nov 21 (Reuters) – Venezuelan authorities arrested
the acting president of its U.S.-based refiner Citgo and five of
the subsidiary’s top executives on Tuesday as part of a
spiraling corruption purge in the OPEC country’s oil industry.
