LIMA, May 23 (Reuters) – The government of Peruvian
President Martin Vizcarra canceled his predecessor’s decision to
award five offshore oil contracts to London-based Tullow Oil PLC
shortly before resigning, citing insufficient
consultations with coastal residents.
