WASHINGTON, May 3 (Reuters) – Federal prosecutors in Detroit
on Thursday unsealed charges against former Volkswagen AG
Chief Executive Martin Winterkorn, accusing him of
conspiring to mislead regulators about the German automaker’s
diesel emissions cheating.
