UPDATE 2-Canada’s currency steadies, energy shares recoup post-election decline

The Canadian dollar was little
changed against the greenback on Tuesday, holding near an
earlier three-month high, as Canada’s energy shares overcame
worries that new oil pipeline development would become more
difficult after the federal election.
