BOSTON, May 19 (Reuters) – Proxy adviser Institutional
Shareholder Services (ISS) recommended on Friday that investors
vote against Tesla Inc directors Antonio Gracias and
James Murdoch, increasing pressure on the car maker over their
roles on its board.
