BERLIN, Feb 21 (Reuters) – Germany’s Social Democrats (SPD)
will support a decision by Chancellor Angela Merkel’s
conservatives to back Bundesbank chief Jens Weidmann to become
the head of the European Central Bank, the newspaper Die Zeit
reported on Wednesday.
