Arby’s Restaurant Group-owner Inspire
Brands Inc said on Tuesday it would buy drive-in chain Sonic
Corp for about $1.57 billion in cash, bolstering its
portfolio of restaurant brands that includes Buffalo Wild Wings
and Rusty Taco.
