SYDNEY, Dec 28 (Reuters) – Steinhoff International’s Asia
Pacific unit stressed its business was sound and sought to
distance itself from its troubled parent on Thursday, even as
the furniture firm appointed local lawyers and financial
advisers as a prudent measure.
