LONDON, Aug 24 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) – With sequins,
spice and Soca, London will celebrate its Afro-Caribbean
heritage at this weekend’s Notting Hill carnival but locals
worry that Europe’s largest street festival has lost it soul to
gentrification.
