MEXICO CITY, Jan 8 (Reuters) – A Mexican state governor on
Monday accused the finance ministry of withholding federal funds
to punish his administration for launching an investigation into
alleged corruption that has embarrassed the ruling Institutional
Revolutionary Party (PRI).
