BERLIN, April 18 (Reuters) – Chancellor Angela Merkel told
lawmakers from her conservatives on Tuesday she favoured
developing the euro zone’s rescue fund into a European Monetary
Fund (EMF) over which national member states retain oversight,
participants at the meeting said.
