April 5 (Reuters) – Proxy advisory firm Institutional
Shareholder Services on Thursday asked the shareholders of
General Electric Co to vote against keeping accounting
firm KPMG because of “concerns about GE’s previously-undisclosed
liabilities and accounting practices.”
