LONDON/MOSCOW, June 4 (Reuters) – In a bid to free Rusal
from U.S. sanctions, the independent directors of the company
controlling Russia’s biggest aluminium producer have hired
Rothschild to advise on the sale of billionaire Oleg Deripaska’s
stake, a source said.
