TOKYO, Sept 29 (Reuters) – The owner of Japan’s restaurant
chain Genki Sushi Co will buy a one-third stake in
bigger rival Sushiro Global Holdings Ltd from private
equity firm Permira, a person with direct knowledge of
the deal said.
