ALMATY, Jan 23 (Reuters) – Kazakhstan’s largest fixed-line
telecommunications operator, Kazakhtelecom, has
applied for permission to buy a 75 percent stake in
London-listed mobile operator Kcell ,
Kazakhstan’s antitrust committee said on Tuesday.
