AMSTERDAM, Sept 7 (Reuters) – Hurricane Irma has caused
“enormous devastation” to the Dutch side of the Caribbean island
of Saint Martin and cut off electricity and gas, Dutch Prime
Minister Mark Rutte said on Thursday.
