UPDATE 2-Britain offers freeze on auto finance repayments in pandemic

Britain’s financial watchdog
has proposed a repayment freeze for millions of consumers with
auto finance contracts, goods bought on high-cost credit, and
pawned belongings during the coronavirus pandemic.
