Cellnex Telecom SA said
on Thursday that it has agreed to buy Portuguese
telecommunication tower operator OMTEL for around 800 million
euros ($894.24 million) from Altice Europe NV and
funds controlled by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.
