A federal judge on Tuesday
rejected UBS Group AG’s bid to dismiss a U.S.
government lawsuit accusing Switzerland’s largest bank of
causing “catastrophic” investor losses in residential
mortgage-backed securities sold before the 2008 financial
crisis.
