MANILA, Dec 13 (Reuters) – The Philippine central bank is
evaluating 12 applications for the registration of virtual
currency (VC) exchanges after it issued permits to two firms
earlier this year, but says it is not endorsing
cryptocurrencies, including bitcoin.
