U.S. Federal Reserve
Chairman Jerome Powell said on Wednesday that Facebook’s
plan to build a digital currency called Libra “cannot go
forward” until serious concerns are addressed, comments that
pressured the project and dented the price of the original
cryptocurrency bitcoin.
