A university pension and endowment fund
fired a Guggenheim Partners LLC subsidiary because of its
ongoing investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC), records showed, as the closely watched U.S.
asset manager faces pressure to address clients’ concerns.
